Schedule Creative Time

Below you'll find our class schedule, where you can book private sessions with Kelly or Devon. Our virtual private sessions are available for those who would like more personalized creative support for self-expression, self-exploration, working through creative or emotional blocks, reduce stress and enhance self-care rituals.

Individual sessions include a mindfulness-based somatic warm-up exercise, guided process-focused art-making, and a grounding closing activity. Sessions are customized according to your needs and preferences and may incorporate art making, yoga, breathwork, guided visualizations, and reiki.

Please note that our arts and wellness services are non-clinical and are not designed to diagnose or treat mental health conditions or replace support from a licensed mental health professional in a clinical setting.

Contact us at info@IndigoArtTherapy.com if you have any questions about booking.
