Arts & Wellness Workshops

Our 90-minute arts & wellness workshops are a colorful mix of creativity, connection, and presence—led by Kelly and Devon, art therapists, yoga instructors, and friends who know the power of creative community. Each session begins with a guided warm-up, followed by process-focused artmaking using a variety of mediums and themes. 1:1 Sessions

Our 45-minute private sessions with Kelly or Devon blend intention setting, mindfulness, gentle movement, and intuitive, process-focused artmaking. Each session is thoughtfully designed around your creative goals—whether you're seeking clarity, expression, or just a moment to breathe and make. We meet you where you are, and guide you through a grounded, imaginative experience that’s entirely your own.

Custom Packages

We have experience designing custom arts and wellness programs for groups big and small, bringing arts and wellness into workplaces, retreats, hospitals, community spaces, and private events. From team-building workshops to community membership packages, to arts in medicine, we tailor each offering to your setting, your people, and your goals.
